RETURNS:

PLEASE DO NOT USE ANY PLATFORMS AUTOMATED RETURN SYSTEMS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST.  We  are usually able to address issues more quickly with direct personal communication via email or our 800#.

All of our products come with a 100%  guarantee (less shipping and handling). To qualify for the guarantee, all items must be returned in NEW condition, and include all original packaging.

RETURN AUTHORIZATIONS MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY and product returns must be received by GOLIATH MAXIMUS PRODUCTS within 7 days of Return Authorization Approval. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

DAMAGE CLAIMS:

We handle all damage claims via direct email.  If you return a damaged item to us without explicit approval from GOLIATH MAXIMUS PRODUCTS LLC, you will be responsible for return shipping fees.

Although we strive to provide quality packaging and minimize transport damage, there are times an item may be damaged in shipment. If this is the case, please ACCEPT the package from the carrier and report it to us IMMEDIATELY. We will work with you and the carrier to file a damage claim and correct the issue as soon as possible. If any of the items in your order are damaged, THE DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO GOLIATH MAXIMUS PRODUCTS WITHIN 3 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Goliath Maximus Products LLC  will not honor any damage claim made more than 3 days after delivery. Thank you for your cooperation.

INVENTORY:

Goliath Maximus Products LLC sells through several sales platforms including online and brick and mortar venues. Our inventory is synchronized with Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, and Walmart each day. Although our inventory is normally very accurate, there may be instances of an item selling out through another platform before the scheduled Amazon updates.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

HANDLING: Most of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt (business days). In limited cases, it may take slightly longer to ship an order. Orders are processed and shipped from various Amazon FBA Centers across the country. Delivery times vary by distance, but orders are USUALLY delivered within 7 Business Days.

STANDARD SHIPPING: Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Packages are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or UPS or FedEx. Both the USPS and UPS provide Saturday delivery for residential addresses. FedEx does not deliver to residences on Monday. Some items (noted in product listing) are not eligible for delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii using the Standard Shipping Method. Orders are USUALLY delivered 2 to 5 Business Days after the order is placed. Amazon Prime orders are packed and shipped by Amazon. We do not control the processing time, packing or delivery if an order is placed using Amazon Prime or Amazon FBA Delivery.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Expedited orders receive priority treatment and are processed before orders with Standard Shipping. These orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS and are GUARANTEED* to be delivered within 2 to 4 Business Days. Both the USPS and UPS provide Saturday delivery for residential addresses. MOST items may be shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, or Hawaii using the Expedited Shipping Method, but the delivery time may be extended. Some exclusions and restrictions may apply. Amazon Prime orders are packed and shipped by Amazon. We do not control the processing time, packing or delivery if an order is placed using Amazon Prime or Amazon FBA Delivery.

*CUSTOMER 100% GUARANTEE Any product may be returned with in 30 Days from purchase date but the item must be in “New” UNUSED condition. Open box items are returnable but again must be in “New” Condition. We do not charge a restocking fee. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping. Some exceptions may apply.
